1-Ä omega -(3,4-Dihydro-2-naphthalenyl)alkylÜ cyclic amine derivatives represented by general formula (I) and salts and N-oxide derivatives thereof, wherein R and R represent each hydrogen, halogeno, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, hydroxymethyl, etc., or R and R form together methylenedioxy, trimethylene, etc.; R represents hydrogen, etc.; R represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkyl, etc.; R represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; p is an integer of from 2 to 6; and q is an integer of from 3 to 7; excluding the case where R , R , R , R and R are all hydrogen, p is 2 and q is 5. The compounds have a potent effect of suppressing urinary reflex and thus are useful as a remedy for frequent urination and urinary incontinence.
