Zusammenfassung:	The switch (4a,4b) is attached to the steering column (2) beneath the steering wheel (7), with the switch lever (4a",4b") extending radially. It is combined with a signal transmission device (4c) by mechanically coupling the switch housing (4a',4b') and the stationary housing part (4c') of the signal transmission device to form a modular unit (4). The movable housing part (4c") of the signal transmission device is rotated with the steering wheel and has a resetting cam (4c*), for resetting the steering column switch to its zero switch position.
