A pharmaceutical compund having the Formula: where: R is C5-C7 cycloalkyl, heterocycle, aryl or unsaturated heterocycle; X is a bond, (-CH2)q-, -O-(-CH2-)q-, -(-CH2-)q-O-or -N(R )(CH2-)m-; n is 0, 1, or 2; q is 1, 2, 3 or 4; R is aryl or C5-C7 cycloalkyl; R is an amino acid side chain, unsaturated heterocycle, unsaturated heterocycle(C1-C4 alkanediyl), C1-C4 alkylaminocarbonyl(C1-C4 alkanediyl), or a group having the structure -CH2-C(O)-NR -X-R or -CH2-R; Y is an aryl or unsaturated heterocycle; R is a group having the structure: 1) -C(O)-NR R 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) where: 1 is 3, 4 or 5; m at each occurrence is independently 0, 1, 2, or 3; p is 4 or 5; R at each occurrence is independently hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, or hydroxy(C1-C4)alkanediyl; R and R are independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, amino, C1-C4alkylamino, hydroxy (C1-C4) alkanediyl, carboxy, (C1-C4alkoxy)carbonyl, aminocarbonyl, C1-C4 alkylaminocarbonyl, aryl, heterocycle or unsaturated heterocycle; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
