Zusammenfassung:	A deflation-proof pneumatic tire comprises a casing and a void-free elastomeric filler formed from a water in oil urethane emulsion having the carbon dioxide which results from the polymerization reaction dissolved therein. The tire casing is injected with a combination comprising a polyol, an organic polyisocyanate, and water in a stoichiometric excess of the amount required by the polymerization reaction to form a polyurethane elastomeric emulsion having water in the disperse phase, thereby providing a substantially void-free filling material.
