Zusammenfassung:	Herbicidal compsn. contains a combination of N-(phosphonomethyl)-glycine, (I) and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy-acetic acid, (II), or alpha-naphthylacetic acid, (III), or non-phytotoxic salts of these cpds. The wt. ratio of (I):(II) is 5:1-1:5, pref. 4:1-1:2. The wt. ratio of (I):(III) is pref. between 2:1 and 5:1. Salts of (I) are pref. 1-4C alkylamine salts. (II) salts are 1-4C alkylamine salts esp. isopropylamine and dimethylamine salts or alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal salts. Synergistic herbicidal composition. (I) is a known herbicide (see US 3799758) used especially to control deep-rooted perennial weeds. The combination of (I) with (II) or (III) allows reduced quantities of active cpds. to be used for effective control.
