Zusammenfassung:	A separator for separating the connected wires of spliced multi-core cables in a splice enclosure comprises a core and a plurality of separating arms extending outwardly from the core to define, around the core, a plurality of locations for receiving the connected wires. Some at least of the separating arms are individually-attached to the core whereby the number of said wire-receiving locations can be varied by changing the number of separating arms attached to the core.
