Zusammenfassung: | The method for producing anisotropic electrotechnical sheet steel comprises melting the steel, continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, decarbonizing annealing, degreasing, applying a protective coating, high-temperature annealing, applying an electrically insulated coating, straightening annealing and continuous multimode laser action on the surface of the moving skelp with a scanning laser beam of circular cross section which is extended in the scanning direction, with adjustable tensioning of the skelp creating an internal tension in the metal within the range of 5-80 N/mm2 with a radiation power ratio to the scanning rate ?/V within the range of 0.015-0.050 J/mm, wherein, in the noncircular cross section of the beam, the ratio of the length thereof to the width in the rolling direction is 0.005 - 0.075, and the skelp tension value during laser processing is defined in accordance with the following formula: F= ? Bd/(P/V) 1/2 , where F is the value of the externally applied force (kN), B and d are respectively the width and thickness of the skelp (mm), and k is the coefficient of proportionality which is equal to 0.002-0.010 depending on the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel being processed. |
