An intermediate polymeric sheath has an inner and an outer surface and surrounds the plurality of electrical conductor pairs along substantially its entire length. An outer polymeric sheath has an inner and an outer surface, the inner surface of the outer polymeric sheath being disposed about the outer surface of the intermediate sheath along substantially its entire length. The outer surface of the intermediate sheath is bonded to the inner surface of the outer sheath along substantially its entire length. A method for reducing crosstalk in the cable and a method for manufacturing the cable is also disclosed.
