A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fixação da cabeça para fins cirúrgicos, principalmente para a fixação da cabeça do paciente intraoperatório em qualquer posição anatomicamente possível, em que o centro de rotação do suporte fixador situa-se na região da vértebra cervical do paciente. A frame (10) swiveling on an axis (x) is fixed to an external support and has opposite-facing arms between which is a profile (7) rotarily mounted to turn on an axis (y). Parts at least of the profile are evenly curved where it has a rail. A counter-profile (1) is movably mounted in the rail and swivels on an axis (z). At least two head-holders (5,6,14) are fixed to the counter-profile and have holder-pins (14) between which the head is held and fixed.
