Zusammenfassung:	The device includes an insulated bar linking together adjacent switches in order to control their respective operations. The pre-cabling device performs a logical function such as that of an inverter or that of a star-triangle starter between at least two multi-polar switches (10,20). The switches are located side by side and are used in the electrical equipment for control of motors. The device includes an upper pre-cabling bar (30) encased in insulating material, installed between the switches and provided with metal terminals (31) which are to be inserted in the upper terminal sockets of the switches. On the lower surface of the bar there are stops which are applied against the upper plane surfaces (12,22) of the terminals (11,21) in a first type of switch, but which are also capable of co-operating with a second type of switch assembly.
