Zusammenfassung:The method is used for the manufacture of cellulose pulp for high quality paper, having an insignificant deviation from the degree of delignification and different hardness. It guarantees high yield at low wood, alkali and energy consumption, easier raw pulp washing and reduced quantity of mercaptan emissions. By the method the technological chips are poured with fresh boiling lye at 125-1300C and are pushed under pressure out of the boiling boiler. Pressure in the boiling boiler is increased to 1 MPa by compressed air, the technological chips are impregnated with lye at 125-1300C and pressure of 1 MPa for 30 min. The temperature in the boiling boiler is increased, the technological chps are sulphately boiled with lye, the waste boiling lye is pushed out of the boiling boiler with filtrate lye. The cellulose pulp and the filtrate lye are blown by compressed air from the boiling boiler into a blowing tank.
