Zusammenfassung: | The device is used in mechanical engineering and metallurgy for building aspiration systems. It includes a pre-chamber (1) in the form of a truncated cone (1), tangential vortex generator (2), vortex chamber (4) in the form of truncated cone, flat bottom (3) and straight cylindrical vortex chamber (5). The separation of the mechanical particles is made in succession, the largest of them being separated in the vortex chamber (4) through its ring-type canal. The further separation by size is made in the straight cylindrical vortex chamber (5), through the ring-type canals built along its lenght. The effectivity of the device is guaranteed by the cylindrical body (8) and the air stream regulation throttle (7) found in the chamber (5). The particles separated by sizes are collected in settling tanks (9) connected to a main pipeline (10) joined to the main pipeline for purged air. |
