Zusammenfassung:	The method is used for the preparation of nicorandil used as coronary vasodilator. It is easily under industrial conditions and the intermediate and finished product produced are high-yield and high-purity. By the method, nicotinamide reacts with monoethanolamine at 150-220°C. The N-(2-hydroxyethyl)nicotinamine produced is nitrated with a mixture of steaming nitric acid and concentrated sulphuric acid at temperature range from -10° to 50°C for 3 hours. The nitratester of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)nicotinamide is precipitated with ammonia, is separated and crystallized.
