Zusammenfassung: | The method is applicable in the manufacture of lighting elements and products for the needs of the indicator and specilized illumination technology. The layers of the lighting elements made have improved brightness of illumination due to the presence of fullering particles in the heterogenous mixture, and improved adhesion and stability as a result of the good wetting of the electroluminophore and fullering particles in building them into the oligomer matrix. By the method, single-component oligomer is used with one solvent and the addition of fullering mixture in which the respective elecroluminophore is dispersed. In particular, the polymer is oligomer solution of ethylglycol with 30-40% polyepoxy resin having high molecular mass (40) - 6000 mol. units) to which fullering mixture is added containing carbon macromolecules of the C60, C70, etc. type, dissolved in advance in aromatic hydrocarbons. After the homogenization of the two solution, the electroluminiphore is dispersed in them. After additional homogenization the heterogenous electroluminiscient mixture produced is applied in an even layer with a thickness from 20 to 80 um on a transparent conductive film on a glass substrate and the layer is heat treated at 120 to 180° for 15-20 min. |
