Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is related to the field of immunology and more specifically with immunotherapeutic combinations used for controlling growth and/or cell proliferation of tumours. By means of thepresent invention a therapeutic effect against tumours is observed by the combination of idiotypic vaccines whose principle active is an anti-ganglioside antibody (Ab1), with idiotypic vaccines whoseprinciple active is anti-idiotype (Ab2) obtained against an anti-ganglioside antinbody, or vaccines whose principle active is one or more gangliosides. Combinations of these vaccines are described that cause a synergetic therapeutic effect against tumours. The referred combinations can be applied to patients in different clinical conditions or tumours that overexpress gangliosides.
