The burden for the briquettes manufacture includes high-carbonated coal or coking powder and low-calorie content lignite coal with high sulfur and volatile substances content, as well as binding additives and a calcium additive. The burden is subject to good homogeneity. The homogenized burden with or without preheating treatment is briquetted on vibration or roller presses. The briquettes produced have higher strength characteristics, high water impermeability and low sulfur emission, smoke, dust and soot during their combustion. 2 claims
