MOTOR SPINDLE

The motor spindle has central hole and is designed for machine tools, in particular for lathes. Its design guarantees the higher maximum revolutions, higher spindle stability and its reduced axial dimensions. It includes an electric system with revolution regulator of the inbuilt electric motor, as well as a hydraulic unit. The electric motor is housed in the spindle box of the motor spindle, the spindle being fixed to the rotor of the electric motor and is resting in the front and rear flange of the spindle box. Spindle (5) is resting in the front flange (9) of the spindle box of the identical radial-axial ball bearings (12), fitted in tandem one next to each other, and its rear end is resting in an analogic ball bearing (29), the angle of contact of which is bigger than that of the front bearings (12) and is oriented to the rear end of spindle (5). The external race of the rear bearing (29) lies in quill (25), which is connected by means of a thrust washer (24).
