Zusammenfassung:	The syringe is used in routine administration of medicaments,in mass immunization programmes and for supplying genetic materialin live skin cells for securing genetic therapy. It reduces thechanges of spreading of diseases which are usually transmitted insecondary use of needles, any skin injuries and bleeding arecompletely excluded and the operation is quicker and safer. Thesyringe contains a capsule (28) which is broken from the gaspressure. A supersonic gas flow is created, carrier of theparticles containing the atomized therapeutical agent whichpenetrates the patient's skin.
