Itsprotein, vitamin, mineral salts and others' content is balanced,the fat content is reduced to a minimum. The composition of thedietetic ice-cream is based on milk, especially on naturalBulgarian yoghourt, and hydolysate of the Tuber Orchis mascula L.tubers or Radix Althaea officinalis L. is included as anemulsifuing stabilizer in the recipes. The additive of oblepichoil or oily extract of Hippophae L. and hydrolysate of Viscumalbum L. drug improves the balance of vitamins and micro- andmacroelements and determines their therapeutical-prophylacticeffect. Optionally, fruit, vegetable or fruit-and-vegetable masscan also be included as a filler.
