Zusammenfassung:	1. Средство срещу отравяне с фосфороорганични инсектициди, характеризиращо се с това, че съдържа като активно съединение 1,3-пропанонбистропиниев дихлорид с формула. The composition is used as antidote against poisoning with phosphororganic insecticides and is 1,3-propanonebistropinic dichloride. It is produced by adding 0.1-0.15 mol 1,3-dichlorpropanone to 0.2-0.3 mol tropine dissolved in acetone or another organic solvent, the 1,3-dichloropropanone being dissolved in the same solvent at temperature form 0 to 20°C and continuous agitation. The crystalline mass produced is filtered and washed by solvent. The yield is about 40% in comparison with the initial tropine.
