Zusammenfassung: | The method is applicable in the machine manufacturing, electro-technical, textile and plastics processing industries. It enhances the compatibility within homopolymeric mixtures and exhibits higher physical and mechanical characteristics that remain stable over time by preventing stratification of the homopolymers. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and polyamide (PA-6) are ground to powder, dried and mixed in advance. Their weight ratios vary from 1/5 to 5/1 and, respectively, 1/1/1. The mixture is molten at 285 degrees C and extruded in the form of cable or film in a cooling liquid. The prepared double or triple mixtures are drawn by zones or at room temperature and after that, the oriented samples undergo additional thermal treatment with fixed ends at 180 to 250 degrees C for 10 to 1,500 minutes or are annealed by zones at a temperature of 150 to 230 degrees C. |
