Zusammenfassung: | The method is applicable in the chemical industry for preparation of baryta concentrate with low content of harmful impurities by using a waste-free technology and reduced costs for power and reagents. The baryta raw material undergoes a two-stage hydrothermal tribomechanical treatment with sulphatic and/or bisulphatic solutions at a temperature of 40 to 80 degrees C for 5 to 15 minutes at a liquid-solid ratio of 2/1 to 3/1. The produced suspensions are separated through hydrocycloning. Meanwhile, the liquid phases are purified with separation of intermediate products and recycled. Waste sulphur-acidic solutions from the production of caprolactam and methyl methacrylate, containing ammonium sulphate and/or bisulphate and sulphuric acid, are used as sulphatic and/or bisulphatic solutions. Both stages of the hydrothermal tribomechanical treatment are carried out in a static mixer-reactor. |
