Zusammenfassung:The method is suitable for industrial purposes and exhibits high yields in the separate stages, and the prepared compound can be used in the medicine. The synthesis starts with reductive alkylation of 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde with piperidine in the presence of formic acid and in the conditions of the interphasic catalysis, the formed compound is etherated with chloropropylamine hydrochloride to phenoxypropylamine, which is consecutively amidated with chloroacetylchloride and is acetylated with acetanhydride. The prepared base is transferred into hydrochloric salt in a medium of ethylacetate and hydrogen chloride.
