DEVICE FOR CURRENT MEASUREMENT IN PULSE DRIVE

The apparatus is used in automation and robotics, and has higher reliability and less sensitivity to interference and electromagnetic radiation. The apparatus consists of four current transformers whose primary windings are connected to the appropriate driven motor terminals. The primary windings on the first and third transformers are connected, correspondingly, to the first and second power switching elements, respectively; the primary windings on the third and fourth transformers are connected to the first and second diode, respectively. The first switching element and the second diode are connected to the positive pole of a DC power source, and the second switching element and first diode are connected to the negative pole of the source. Bidirectional Zener diodes are connected across the secondary-winding outputs of the current transformers. The secondary windings of the transformers are connected to the corresponding diodes through a resistor in series.
