DEVICE FOR COMPLEX MECHANISATION OF LIVESTOCK BUILDINGS

This device is used on cattle-breeding farms. One may clean the faeces by automation, even in the presence of animals in the boxes. It consists of a forage-giving cart (10) with a fitted console, which cleanings the building's floor elements. The cart (10) moves on a railway, above the boxes, while above it are hinged a central vertical frame (12) and lateral vertical frames (11), located in the medium of the respective faeces zone (4). The cleaning elements are : cleaning nozzles (17), fixated in the bottom part of the central frame and directed to the boxes, washing nozzles (16), located along the length of horizontal plates (15) and hinged on the lateral frames, to which are fitted through levers (13) and rake-out blades (14). The central and lateral vertical frames are located in respective narrow passages (9, 6), formed between the two rows of boxes and in their transverse enclosures (5), while the plate with the nozzles and the rake-out blades are below the bottom level of the enclosures.
