FRONT MARKING MACHINE

This machine is used in metallurgy. It enhances the legibility of the signs, the exploitation reliability, improves labor conditions and reduces the quantity of deviated material, due to lack of marking. The machine consists of a vertical stand (1), with a fitted bi-arm carrier (4), which is connected to a lifting pneumatic cylinder (19). At the edges of the bi-arm lever are shafted pendulums (3), which terminate in marking heads (2). On the double arm lever are statically-attached incised quadrant plugs (5), which may be shafted in a bed (7) on an anti-vibration striking stand (8), made of metallic planes, one of which is a vertical bearing wall (16), while, perpendicularly on its periphery, are welded periphery reflectors (17) and a frontal reflector (18). The anti-vibration striking stand is covered with a heat reflecting coating, while in the vertical bearing wall is fastened a cooling nozzle (9), directing the cooling nozzle to the most heated parts of the marking head and the pendulum.
