Zusammenfassung:By this method, precise mouldings are derived, which contain, in their configuration, sharp edges and thin walls. It ensures an entire filling of the casting cavity, which enhances the quality of the mouldings. This method is implemented by gravitationally filling the moulding cavity with fluid metal to a certain degree. Afterwards, the spaces of the moulding cavity, forming the thin walls and the sharp edges of the moulding, are subjected to a vacuum treatment until the cavity is entirely melted.
