It evens out the temperature field in the sterilizer, improves the quality of cans and enhances the hydrodynamic efficiency of the water-jet pumps. The autoclave is a vertical cylindrical vessel /7/, in which a perforated basket /8/, with a centrally located cylindrical allocation channel /10/, is placed. The channel is with ring-shaped crevices /11/ and is closed, at its two edges, by two hollow, floating sector valves /6 and 12/. In the bottom of the vessel, and coaxial to the distribution channel, a set of steam-water injectors /14/ is located, and in its lid /4/ - a set of water-jet pumps /5/. The pumps are managed by a set of piston-spring valves /3/. |
