Zusammenfassung: | This device is used to register the fatigue characteristics of different materials and items. It enables the simultaneous testing of four sampling bodies during the mechanized process for setting the bending load. It ensures high precision and the authenticity of results. The device contains a bearing frame (1), to which is fitted an electric engine (33), connected to a management system (36), while to the axis of the electric engine's rotor (33) via a connector (18) is fitted a belt pulley (31) with beds for four cog belts. To the belt pulley (31), through a spine connection, is fitted one edge of a horizontal shaft (13), while its other edge holds a second belt pulley (31), placed against the first. The shaft, via a conic cog gear (14, 15) fitted in the middle, is connected to one edge of a second shaft (16), located at a 90-degree angle to the first shaft. The other edge of the second shaft enters a reducer (29), at the outgoing edge of which, by a screw (27) and a nut (25), are fitted the edges of two compound levers (24) of a loading mechanism. The other edges of the compound levers, via prisms (7), are fitted to one of the edges of the vertical rods (21), while their other edges contact the medium of horizontal levers (8) via prisms. To each of the two edges of the levers, via prisms, and levers (2) is fitted a rod (6), connected jointly to bearing boxes (30), in which bearings (20) are placed. To the bearings are fitted four external (5) and four internal (10) tubes, within which are fastened the tested samplings (34). The edges of the internal tubes are connected to the belt pulley. |
