Zusammenfassung:	This installation may be used in the power and chemical industry. It enhances the efficiency of the contacting air-heating apparatus during operation in a closed-circulation cycle. The installation comprises a cauldron (1), a contacting heat-exchange utilizer (2), and a contacting air heating exchanger (8). The second irrigation mechanism (11) of the contacting heat exchanger is consecutively connected to a tube beam (10) and a ribbed non-irrigated tube beam (9), while the bottom of the contacting air heating exchanger is connected to an irrigated tube beam (5) of the contacting heat-exchange utilizer by a pump (12).
