Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:This catalyst is used in the production of solidified oil (in the food industry), lubricating oils, etc. It has a high and stable catalytic activity, and, as a result, hydrogenised oil, with good nourishing and taste qualities, is extracted. The catalyst contains between 20 and 60% weight of metallic nickel, layered on a magnesium-aluminium oxide with a spinel structure. With this method, a predecessor of the catalyst is precipitated, representing a mixture of hydroxides and hydrocarbonates of nickel, aluminium and magnesium and is treated at a temperature between 120 and 150 degrees C. Then follows the reduction of the derived product with a gas blend consisting of inert gas and up to 10% vol. of hydrogen, at a temperature between 350 and 500 degrees C, and mixing of the derived catalyst with refined vegetable oil or paraffin in an inert atmosphere at intensive mixing-grinding.
