METHOD FOR OBTAINING EXTRUDED ARTICLES

The fibreboard extruded products are used in building. With this method, asbestos is used, treated in advance, which is not carcinogenic; the mixture water absorption is reduced , the rheologic properties being kept for a longer period of time. The end quality indices of the items are complex-improved. Asbestos or fumigated in advance paper from 6 to 36 weight parts are mixed with water in which are put water-alcohol solution of potassium methylsiliconate from 55 to 66 weight parts or oil emulsion of a mixture of light isoparaffins and cerasine in 4:1 ratio, or 10 per cent water emulsion of isoparaffins or 15 per cent oil emulsion of cerasine from 6 to 8 weight parts. The mixture is homogenized and after that is added to a mixture, homogenized in advance, containing in weight parts: cement from 100 to 192 and polyethylene oxide from 1 to 2, or a mixture of sodium silicofluoride, high-molecular polyethylene oxide and plaster of Paris from 91 to 92. The mixture, prepared in this way, is submitted to extrusion. To the mixture of sodium silicofluoride, high-molecular polyethylene oxide and plaster of Paris can be added to water from 30 to 32 weight parts and keratin retarder from 0.4 to 0.5 weight parts.
