Zusammenfassung:	The inhibitor can be applied in engraving steel, for separating removing scale in boilers, evaporators and heat-exchangers with hydrochloric acid as well as in the preparation, storage and transportation of hydrochloric acid. It has a higher inhibiting effect on hydrochloric acid corrosion of iron and carbon steel. The inhibitor is based on dissolved organic materials in quinoline and is a quinoline extract from shiny brown or black coals in quantity from 0,1 to 10 percent with respect to the amount of quinoline.
