Zusammenfassung: | The method is used in the petrochemical production of mineral oils, paraffins and ceresines. The method achieves an increased output of deparaffinated oil (in excess of 64 percent), reduces the solidification temperature (below -12 degrees C) and increases the filtration rate (over 2.2 m /m .h). The method involves mixing residual raffinate with a solution at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:15 basis the feedstock mass. The solution represents an acetone/toluene mixture at a ratio of 40:60 percent by volume. To the mixture 0.002 - 0.007 percent aluminium salt of nitrated viscous oil base component, BK-1 or BK-2, is added. The additive is prepared by nitrating the corresponding oil distillate with 63 +- 3 percent nitric acid under the following conditions: distillate / nitric acid ratio 1:1, temperature 20-40 degrees C, duration 3-5 hours. The nitration products are neutralized with aluminium hydroxide. After introducing the additive, the mixture is heated up to 45-55 degrees C, cooled down to 25 degrees C at an average rate of 120 - 150 degrees C per hour and vacuum-filtrated with a residual pressure of 300 - 320 mm Hg. |
