Zusammenfassung: | The automatic machine is used more particularly in the dosing and packing of cylindrical toothpicks in plastic boxes. The machine provides increased productivity in the automated dosing and packing of the packages while meeting all sanitary requirements. The machine consists of a slab (16), which is installed to a table (14); a body cutting unit (18) and a body dosing unit (24) are mounted at the upper side of the slab. To the opening of the body cutting unit (18) a piston (36) is centred and is fixed to a piston arm of the pneumatic cylinder (37); and in the opening of the body dosing unit (24) a semi- bushing (41) is fixed and a cutting gate (23) is placed on bearings. To the front end of the cutting gate a disc (34) is fixed at whose front end a carrier (35) is mounted and a steel rope (54) is wound and fixed along its periphery; the steel rope (54) is attached to the double-sided arm of the pneumatic cylinder (12). At the rear section of the cutting gate (23) a limiting bushing (32) is fixed axially and in its opening a piston connected to a driving unit is centred. A pneumatic cylinder (29) with a piston for caps (27) is mounted at the lower side of slab (16); the piston is centred in the outgoing chute for caps (26); two centring pins (5) are mounted at the lower end of the outgoing chute. In an opening of the slab (16) a sloping chute (22) is installed; in the opening the latter piston (20) of the pneumatic cylinder (17) is centred and at the lower end of the chute two centring pins (21) and a sensor (52) with a lever (53) are installed. An assembly adaptive head (58) is installed in the slab (16). |
