Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The processing device can be used independently or as in an in-built position in an aggregate machine or automated line for the processing of items mainly in transport mechanical engineering. It features a high operational reliability and simplified servicing and also provides for a high quality of the processed chamfers avoiding scratches on the cylindrical surface of the hole. The device includes at least one cutting tool mounted in a spindle (5) which is positioned on bearings in a spindle box (6). A regulated lengthener (3) is installed axially in the opening of the spindle (5); in the light channel of the lengthener (3) a shaft (4) is installed which passes through a cylindrical part of the cutting tool representing a rod under a spring (1) the front section of which features an elliptic cross-section and a cutting plate (2) attached to it. For guiding the axially regulated lengthener a conductor slab (10) is designed; the latter is fixed on columns with springs (11) which are connected with their back end to a rocker arm (12) whose centre is attached to the piston of a hydraulic cylinder (13). In the cylindrical section of the rod (1) a pressed pin with a spherical head (7) is positioned perpendicularly to the shaft and above it; the head contacts the internal conical surface (15) of the axially regulated lengthener (3) and above the head a regulated screw with a spherical thrust journal (8) is installed ; the heel is in contact with a chamfered nest (16) formed in the cylindrical section of the rod (1).
