DEVICE FOR GANGING THE CORNER SITNATION OF REGULATING WEIGHT ON THE ROTOR OF REVERSING MACHINES

The device is used in the production, operation and maintenance of rotating machines. By means of the device a practical realization of the angle for fixing the correcting weight is achieved within the precision range of + or - 1 degree. The device contains an optical system (15) which is rotated by a mechanical system, consisting of two gears (8,2) and (5,6) with gearing ratios 1:10 and 1:1 correspondingly; to the gears, two discs (10) and (7) are attached by means of 1 and 36 radial peripheral grooves which pass through the air gaps of suitable optrons (9) and generate correspondingly one signal and 360 signals for a full rotation of the optical system. These signals are transferred to an electronic system (19) with digital indication (20). The single signal is used for resetting the digital indication and the 360 signals are used for the counting out of angles from 0 to 360 degrees. A resolution of 1 degree is obtained which also defines the precision of the device.
