Zusammenfassung: | The method is applied for thermal processing of cast and processed under pressure semi-finished products and goods from aluminum alloys from the system Al-Mg-Si and Al-Mg-Si-Cu. It ensures high mechanical properties for the goods, contraction of the process duration and reduced expenditure of electricity. The method includes tempering, two-stage artificial ageing and air cooling. The first stage of the artificial ageing is carried out under temperature of between 140 and 170 degrees C for 0.5 to 3 hours, after which the temperature is enhanced to 180 to 200 degrees C, when the second 1-to-3 hour ageing stage is carried out. |
