AUTOMATIC PROPORTIONER FOR LOOSE MATERIALS

The proportioning device is used for weight dosage of dry materials in animal breeding and industry. It enhances the accuracy in dosage. The proportioning device contains a leading SCHNECK (1) and an interrupted vertical receiver (2 and 3), hinged onto a corpus (4). A valve (6) is fastened to the one end of a frame (7), while the other end holds a lever (8) with a counterweight. The valve (6) is located immediately below the lower aperture (10) of the receiver (2). The frame (7) also holds the fittable supports (11 and 12), while the corpus (4) holds a data monitoring device (13) for the auger switch-off (1). The upper part of the receiver (2) looks like the frustrum of a cone with an angle of wall slope to the vertical axis ss from 10 to 45 degree, while the upper smaller apperture holds a navigating ring (5). The point of frame hinging (7) is below the plane of the lower aperture (10) of the receiver (2), while the point of the lever hinging (8) with the counterweight (9) is above the point of frame hinging (7). Behind and against the counterweight (9) a buffering pad (15) is fastened.
