MAGNETIC JOINTING DEVICE WITH CONTROL- POINT STRENGTH

This device is suitable for use in hoists for the gripping of ferromagnetic objects. It involves lower consumption of electric energy and improves operational safety. The device has a magnetic system, two leading coils - magnetizing and neutralizing, control block, whose first input is connected with the first output of the reset and supply system and whose second output is connected to the input of the power supply block (6). Five outputs of the block (6) are connected with the second input of the control block (4), with the first input of the rectifying block (7), with the second input of the computer control block (8), with the first input of the logic block (9) and with the input of the reset system (5). The control block (4) has three outputs connected with the second input of the logic block (9), with the first input of the switching block (10) and with the first input of the control block (8). The rectifying block (7) is connected with the second input of the switching block (10) and with an electricity sensor (11), which is connected with the third input of the logic block (9). The first and the second output of the switching block (10) are connected with the magnetizing coil (2) and with the neutralizing coil (3).
