Zusammenfassung: | The superconductive ceramic material is applied in electronics and electrical technical equipment. It has enhanced compactness and solidity - of up to 700 kg/mm , a high value of temperature in transition to a highly conductive condition, as well as a small transitional width. The superconductive material is derived via a two-stage technology and consists of the following components in mass.%: itrium oxide 10-20, barium oxide 40-50, copper oxide 30-40, tellurium 0.1-8 and silver 0.1-15. The tellurium is imported as metal tellurium or as tellurium dioxide, while the silver as an oxide, a silver iodide, silver nitrate or a silver sulphate. |
