Zusammenfassung: | The transformer is designed for secondary pulse current sources employing supersonic frequencies. It features good dielectric strength and low distortion, and its manufacturing method is based on grouping technology. The transformer consists of windings of flat conducting layers alternating with flat insulating layers, with the respective connections and terminals, such as plated metal holes, perpendicularly arranged against the layers, with the conducting layer circuit being closer to the inside than to the insulating one. The primary and secondary layer windings alternate in succession. The transformer also contains heat dissipating openings, heat emitting layers and radiators, which are in contact with the heat emitting layers. This method, used in the manufacture of the windings, uses multilayer printed-circuit board technology where a foiled insulating material is etched after applying a conducting paste or by etching a conducting foil. The connecting material entirely covers the conducting layers during pressing and thermal treatment. |
