Zusammenfassung:This director is designed for robot technology useful in vocational training and for production purposes. It is distinct with a simplified technological construction, which ensures the attainment of a geometric similarity between the kinematic chain of the director with the prime operating kinematic chain, and the enhanced operational abilities and functional ease of the operator and the response options. The device (1) itself includes two functionally detached parts: I and II. Part I consists of a stationary base, to which a kinematic chain, designed on a module principle, together with a handle, is mounted via the first single-axis hinge joint. Part II consists of a second handle with two stages of mobility, supported by two single-axis hinge joints, which are intercepted at 90 degree axis. The joints of both parts are equipped with co-axial sensors recording angle displacements and permissible limitations, which determine the end-joint spin positions. The director is connected to a remote control system, which also includes: executive Study Joint Robot 2 ("Robco 1"); a control unit (3) (personal computer); a multi-channel interface connected via an AD transformation module (4), which makes an electric connection between the potential readers (5) of the director (1) and the control unit (3).
