This device can be applied in computer and communication equipment. It creates possibilities for collecting information about errors in receiving messages, programmed connection and disconnection to the local area network and definitive disconnection in case of faulty operation of the software.The device consists of a communication controller connected through the first internal trunk line with the shared memory, and a linking unit connected to the system trunk line and, through the second internal trunk line, with a linking unit to a communication line. The two outputs of the communication controller are connected to two inputs of the authorization system, whose output is connected to the input of the first counter. The second input of the first counter is connected to the output of the error detector, the input of which is connected to the first output of the linking unit to the communication line, whose second input is connected to the input of the second counter. The output of the second counter is connected to the input of the blocking system, the other three inputs of which are connected to three outputs of the linking unit to the system trunk line. The outputs of the blocking system are connected to an input of the communication controller and an input of the linking unit to a communication line.
