Zusammenfassung: | This method is an application for the manufacture of directly extruded rubber blends. It is used to obtain transportable bulk rubber coagulates with an extended shelf life. Minimum shelf life, depending on the type of rubber or powdering agent used, it is 60 days. The method involves treating crumbs of dried rubber coagulate with thermoplastic powders at temperatures not exceeding 120 degrees C, followed by cooling down to 50 degrees C (air-induced, over a running belt conveyor) and packaging in polyethylene or masked paper bags. Polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyacrylonitrile or polyvinylchloride are used as thermoplastic powders. |
