Zusammenfassung:	The device is used for the treatment of industrial waste waters. It enables to obtain by stirring completely dissolved or homogenised flocculant. The device consists of a cylindrical vessel with a conical bottom (3) and stirrer (5) mounted as connected vessels to a pipe (4), the free end of the latter curved downwards to the level under the upper edge of the vessel (3) and a valve (7) is mounted by this edge, connected to the source of the liquid due to be dissolved through a flow rate meter (8).
