Zusammenfassung: | The composition finds applications in machine-building and tool production by vibroabrasive processing of steel and cast-iron workpieces. The composition offers an increase in the productivity of the processing and the improvement of the quality of the surface of the processed workpieces while there is no need of using waste treatment facilities. The composition is produced on the basis of polyfunctional water-soluble polymer, which has been chemically modified, by sodium metasilicate, carboxymethylcellulose, urotropin and sodium phosphate and carbonate. The polyacrylnitrile in quantity of 100 g is hydrolysed with 60 g sodium hydroxide in water at temperature 152 degrees C and pressure of 6 atmospheres in an autoclave during 6 hours. After cooling to 60 degrees C the mixture is additionally modified with 150 g sodium carbonate, 300 ml sodium metasilicate and 150 g urotropin. |
