The primary winding (4) of the coil is connected to a direct current source whereas the secondary winding (5) of the coil is connected to an indicator (6). The device comprises as well two electrodes intended for generating surface-bound charges on the particles of the bulk material, one (7) of the electrodes being mounted inside a bunker, on the way of the low of the bulk material and both electrodes being connected to a high voltage source (8).
