Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to locking the differential of the driving axle of forklift trucks where in both its embodiments can easily and quickly be built to the driving axle. The mechanism works reliably and safely, thus improving the roadability of the trucks. It consists of a fixed bushing (7), built within the upper part of beam (1) of the driving axle, and inside it houses an internal bushing (5) in which an eccentric shaft (10) is fitted. In the lower part of shaft (10) there is an eccentric comprising a plate (18) and pin (17), and in the upper part of shaft (10) there is a handle (19). Pin (17) is fitted in a canal machined along the external surface of a union (3) which is mounted, by means of a slit connection of the half-shaft (2) of the driving axle. and on the inner front surface of the union (3) there are teeth which, when meshed into the front teeth of the semi-cassette (4) actuate the locking of the differential. The distance between the from surface of pin (17) of the eccentric shaft (10) and the bottom of the canal of the union (3) is adjustable. Handle (19) occupies meshed, neutral and unmeshed position of the mechanism for locking the differential. In an alternative of the embodiment of the mechanism, a rod (11) is fitted in the fixed bushing (7) , in the lower end of which it is fitted in the canal of the Union (3), and on bushing (7) a base (8) is mounted in which there is a shaft (12) with a handle (19). The travel when moving the union (3), in its meshing to the semi-cassette (4) depends on the shifting of the rod (11) lateral to its axis in the canal of the fixed bushing (7). 2 claims, 7 figures |
