It consists of an electric supply unit (1) connectedto a laser emitter (2) by means of a conductor. The laser beamproduced is directed towards the aperture for laser beamirradiation (3) of an inclined glass pipe for the treated material(4). In its initial, higher end it has a hopper for the treatedmaterial (5), and at its opposite and lower end it has an aperturefor the ashes formed, and under it there is an ash tray (7).
